Finance Manager (Temp)

The Finance Manager supports the organization’s goals by overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant financial management across business units.Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will manage general ledger, reconciliations, month-end procedures, and financial reporting, while supervising three administrative staff to ensure timely completion of accounts payable and receivable tasks. Additional duties include reviewing vendor payments, maintaining fixed asset records, managing accruals and prepayments, and reconciling bank accounts.This is a temporary role with the potential to extend or convert permanent, and applicants should be available at short notice.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a recognized university with a concentration in accounting. Professional accounting designation (i.e., CPA/ACCA) or a master’s degree would be an asset. A minimum of five years of progressive finance and accounting management experience. Effective and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Experience working in a very fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Experience in business administration processes, including budget, forecast and cash management. Proficient in Excel, Word, and excellent report writing and internal communication skills.
