This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team during an exciting period of expansion in the Australian market.About the RoleReporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will take ownership of all financial management, analysis, and reporting activities for the Australian business.You will partner closely with local and global leadership to provide commercial insights, drive financial performance, and ensure robust governance across a multi-entity, recurring revenue environment. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving, technology-driven business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and consolidated reporting.Own and optimise financial performance metrics across ARR, MRR, CAC, and churn.Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic decision-making and commercial outcomes.Deliver financial models and scenario analysis to support growth initiatives and pricing strategy.Ensure compliance with IFRS/AASB and oversee tax, audit, and statutory obligations.Manage and mentor a small finance team, building capability and process excellence.Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, automation, and data analytics.Support M&A activity, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition performance tracking.About YouCA/CPA qualified with 7+ years’ post-qualified experience.Proven experience in a FinTech, SaaS, Media or subscription-based technology environment.Strong grasp of recurring revenue metrics, revenue recognition (AASB 15 / IFRS 15), and SaaS unit economics.Commercially astute with excellent business partnering and influencing skills.Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a high-growth, evolving business.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP or cloud accounting systems experience highly regarded.Culture & BenefitsJoin a global FinTech SaaS business with an entrepreneurial mindset and long-term growth vision.Exposure to international stakeholders and innovative financial technology projects.Competitive salary package + performance incentives.Collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture.Hybrid working flexibility (Melbourne CBD).
