Job Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control processes. This role ensures accurate financial management, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Finance Manager works closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.Monitor financial performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.Conduct financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.Advanced English Level.
