Job Description

1. Accounts & Payables Management Manage vendor payments, contractor invoices, broker commissions, and project-related expenses. Verify work orders, purchase orders, and site expense approvals before releasing payments. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Ensure timely settlement of dues while optimizing cash outflow for projects. Track project-wise budgets and ensure expenses remain within approved limits. 2. Compliance & Documentation (Real Estate Specific) Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and state-level real estate regulations. Manage documentation and financial records for real estate transactions, bookings, collections, and agreements. Coordinate with legal teams for sales deeds, registration documents, and compliance files. Support internal and external audits related to real estate projects. 3. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management Perform daily bank reconciliations for collections and payments. Monitor cash flow across multiple projects and ensure adequate funds for construction and operational requirements. Coordinate with banks for project funding, loan disbursements, overdrafts, and interest tracking. Manage customer payment collections, follow-ups, and maintenance of customer ledger reports. 4. Project Financial Management & MIS Prepare project-wise MIS reports: sales, collections, outstanding receivables, expenses, and profitability. Monitor construction cost vs budget and highlight variances. Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and project financial planning. Provide timely financial insights for decision-making on pricing, project timelines, and cost control. 5. Audits & Regulatory Coordination Assist in statutory, internal, and RERA audits. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and regulatory bodies as required. Maintain accurate records for financial reviews, statutory filings, and compliance audits. 6. Team & Process Management Lead and guide the finance and accounts team working across projects. Implement automation tools for billing, payments, documentation, and reporting. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and standardization of financial operations. RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance). 3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Finance / Construction Finance. Strong knowledge of RERA compliance, project accounting, GST, and TDS. Experience handling project cash flows, vendor payments, and customer collections. Proficient in Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and financial reporting. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
