As Finance Manager for Voyagerr, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our financial operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting strategic decisions in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact at both local and group level.Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team in a key role supporting the growth and success of our business.In this role, you will have direct responsibility for finance and reporting of a business unit, operating across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France and the UK. You will lead our finance team of employees and you will be an important partner in the business units leadership team.Voyagerr is transforming public transportation through software solutions specifically within the Demand Response Transport sector. In our matrix structured organization you will report directly to the General Manager with a functional reporting line to the Group Finance Director.We offer a hybrid working arrangement (1-2 days per week in our Aarhus office) and are open to discussing fully remote working for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Management & Business Support:Act as a financial advisor to the General Manager and functional managers, helping to develop business plans, priorities, and forecasts aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide strategic financial leadership to drive net revenue, EBITA, working capital, and overall business growth.Lead the Quarterly Strategic Review (QSR) process, incorporating sales pipeline analysis and cost assessments to develop accurate forecasts and identify key performance improvement opportunities.Ensure execution of action points from the QSR review process.Financial Management & Reporting:Accountable for delivering the accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/yearly consolidated financial reporting to ensure compliance of internal and external reporting and requirements in accordance with both local GAAP and IFRS.Manage and execute internal and external audits and ensure statutory filings are completed as required.Process payroll, bonuses, commissions, and payments.Monitor key financial metrics related to customer contracts and enforce performance tracking via KPIs.Responsible for the accuracy of revenue recognition, comfortable operating under IFRS15, including being accountable for assuring high quality project accounting / controlling.Monthly reporting.Manage cashflow.Governance & Risk Management:Apply best practices across processes, people and systems to optimize revenue, profitability and cash-flow, efficiency and performance.Ensure key accounting processes and internal controls are well-documented and adhered to.Stay updated on financial trends and regulations, ensuring compliance across finance functions.Collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure that project bids and contract terms—both financial and non-financial—are competitive, strategic, and aligned with corporate guidelines.We are looking for candidates with a strong educational and experience background in finance management who are ready to take ownership in a senior role.Any gaps will be addressed through training and support from our experienced finance team and the broader Modaxo finance community. For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to actively contribute to future acquisitions and take on expanded responsibilities over time.About you:You have a background in accounting or finance and work independently, taking ownership and leading projects forward while effectively engaging with stakeholders.You balance strategic oversight with attention to detail, providing management with clear financial insights while also diving into specifics when needed. You consistently deliver high-quality work and manage both expected and unexpected challenges without compromising on deadlines.You are positive, curious, driven and a strong collaborator and a team leader.You hold a degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and bring at least five years of experience in finance management. Strong system and project management skills are essential, including advanced Excel proficiency.
