The current competitive landscape to innovate and remain relevant is a constant challenge, not only in operations and development of restaurants but more importantly, in keeping a healthy P&L in check. Financial management is a key strategy-builder; financial insights can impact operational efficiency and boost revenue to improve overall profitability, and compliance to statutory and company policies are critical to ensure that controls are running in place properly. This requirement brings the need for a Finance Manager who will oversee teams in the India and US Shared Service Centers, to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data and corporate reporting. You will lead financial planning processes, including quarterly forecasts and long-term growth targets.You will focus primarily on the Asia Franchise Business region, covering the KFC Brand across Asia including Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Mongolia, Myanmar, Brunei, Cambodia, and Thailand.This position is based in Singapore.MAKE A DIFFERENCE… with your role’s responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible in:Overseeing financial processes and information prepared by the SSC team and ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements and corporate governance framework.Monthly tracking and management of financial performance. Monitoring credit risks and periodically update the Business on receivables matters.Maintaining proper process & controls around account payables activities.Supporting statutory FS for KFC entities and maintain effective financial control system.Becoming a strong business partner with internal and external stakeholdersSupporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), 3-Year Market Growth Plan (MGP), and other goal-setting processes.Responding to management and financial planning information requests with accuracy and timeliness.BRING YOUR BEST SELF… with your top-notch qualificationsBachelor’s degree in accountancy with 7 – 10 years of working experience with minimum 5 years in audit firm.
