Finance Manger / Virtual CFO (Growth & Financing)

We're seeking a full-time, dedicated finance & accounting professional to manage accounting and financial strategy for our U.S. Transportation operation. This person will ensure accurate QuickBooks records, prepare lender-ready financial statements, build relationships with banks and alternative lenders and help secure financing to fuel growth.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate QuickBooks accounting for several subsidiaries.Categorize and reconcile transactions; classify loans in QuickBooks, manage intercompany transactions.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.Analyze profitability, prepare management reports.Support tax optimization strategies with management and external CPAs.Implement strong financial controls for entity separation for compliance and transparency.Provide strategic insights to drive scalable, profitable growth.Qualifications:Proven Quickbooks online expertise and solid GAAP understanding.Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Prior experience supporting financing or capital-raising activities preferred.Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.📩 Job is fully remote.
