This role is responsible for accurate financial tracking, reporting support, payment processing, and coordination with internal teams and external accounting partners. The position also ensures smooth office operations by managing administrative processes, facilities support, and general office services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinance OperationsPrepare and update daily cash flow reports to support liquidity monitoring.Manage bank-related documentation and maintain accurate tracking of all bank accounts.Schedule and process weekly payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.Track outgoing payments and follow up on outstanding collections with clients and vendors.Assist with the processing of tax invoices and related documentation.Perform regular account reconciliations across multiple accounts.Monitor and record expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies and budget requirements.Support intercompany transaction processing, documentation, and reconciliation.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.Support audit preparation and tax filing processes in coordination with internal teams and external partners.Collaborate with outsourced local accounting firms to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.Administer corporate card usage, including transaction tracking, reconciliations, and reporting.Provide general administrative support for finance-related inquiries and document management.Office AdministrationOversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and efficient workplace.Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, including procurement and inventory control.Coordinate facilities support, repairs, and maintenance with building management and service vendors.Assist with scheduling, logistics, and coordination for team meetings, events, and office activities.Maintain organized filing systems for both finance and office administration documentation.Support employee onboarding logistics from an office administration perspective (e.g., desk setup, access coordination).Handle reception-related tasks, general inquiries, and internal communications as needed.Support ad hoc administrative tasks and office initiatives as required.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting support, or office administration.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with financial systems is an advantage.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.How We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
