Finance Officer

A Finance Officer plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations by managing procurement-related finances, employee claims, and revenue processing. You will maintain precise vendor and customer records, support monthly closing activities through journal preparation and documentation, and provide essential day-to-day assistance to the Finance and Accounting team to uphold compliance and operational excellence.Job DescriptionAssist the procurement team in the financial aspects of purchasing goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies.Manage and process employee claims and reimbursements accurately and promptly.Maintain and verify the accuracy of vendor and customer registration details in the system.Support the input and processing of revenue generated from walk-in customers.Contribute to the monthly closing process, specifically by preparing documentation and journals for accruals.Provide daily operational support to the Finance and Accounting team, assisting with various day-to-day tasks and handling ad-hoc requests as needed.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable universityMinimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Audit (in-house/firm agency), open for any industryStrong proficiency in SAP, experience in Oracle is highly preferableExcellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
