To support our continued growth, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Officer to strengthen our Finance team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and takes pride in turning numbers into meaningful insights that help shape our future.What You Will Be DoingYou’ll be part of a small, close-knit Finance team that keeps our fast-growing company running smoothly. No two days are the same — some days you’ll dive deep into numbers, others you’ll help colleagues solve practical issues.Here’s what your role will look like:Processing invoices from vendors and service providersManaging the finance inboxReconciling bank transactions and prepare payment runsHandling employee reimbursements and expense reportsSupporting month-end and year-end closing activitiesKeeping our accounting systems and records accurate and organisedEfficiently resolving invoice or payment issues before escalationAssist with other administrative or ad hoc tasks to help the team and company operate efficientlyYour Profile And RequirementsYour profileA degree (MBO/HBO) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldA strong attention to detail and accuracy 2–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (experience in an international or scale-up environment is a plus)Working knowledge of financial processesExcellent command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support a small but growing finance teamA proactive attitude The following working experiences are a plus;Experience with ERP softwareStrong skills in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of accounting principlesWhat We OfferSalary in accordance with the CAO Metaal en Techniek (CLA Metal and Technology);Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer travelled, regardless of your mode of transportation;A good pension plan (provided by PMT (Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek);Up to 38 vacation days;An international, high-tech environment with colleagues from the Netherlands, USA, France, Italy, China and the list goes on!Room for new initiatives and ideas.
