This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and champion continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.What You’ll DoLead & Inspire: Coach and develop the Baking Operations Finance team to achieve strategic goals.Strategic Planning: Oversee AOP, Forecasting, and financial planning activities.Partner for Success: Collaborate with Operations and multiple teams across our business to deliver actionable financial insights.Standardise & Optimise: Drive consistency and efficiency in finance processes across multiple sites.Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to audit and governance standards.Capex Leadership: Manage capital expenditure planning and post-implementation reviews.Collaborate: Share best practices with our Australian Operations Finance team.About YouCA or CPA qualified (mandatory).10+ years’ post-qualification experience in FMCG or process manufacturing.Expertise in standard costing, supply chain finance, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).Proven leadership in cultural change and process improvement.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.Why Join Us?At GWF, we value Safety, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
