Workster is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a Finance & Accounting (F&A) Team Leader.In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations within the Shared Services Centre / Finance function, supervising a team of finance professionals across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR/O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. You will ensure process accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, while driving improvements and developing your team’s skills.Your RoleLead and supervise a team of F&A specialists, ensuring that daily tasks are delivered within agreed SLAs/KPIs.Oversee end-to-end F&A operations, including AP, AR/O2C, R2R, and General Ledger activities (depending on team assignment).Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing, payments, collections, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.Manage escalations, resolve complex queries, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and report on team performance against defined KPIs and service standards.Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, SOX, audit, and company policies.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with accurate reporting.Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.Partner with HR/Training to develop team skills and support career progression.Act as deputy to the Finance Operations Manager when required.Your QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.Master’s degree (MBA / CA / CMA) is preferred.5–7 years of F&A experience in SSC/GBS or corporate finance.At least 2–3 years in a team leader/supervisory role.Experience with multi-country, multi-currency operations is an advantage.In-depth knowledge of F&A processes (AP, AR, R2R, GL) in a Shared Services/GBS environment.Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar).Advanced MS Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).The OfferFull-time permanent contract (40h/week).salary range : between 28 and 30K€ gross per yearStable working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.Private life and health insurance (including eyecare and dental care) after 3 months of employment.Free use of the corporate gym and other wellness programs.Career development programs and international mobility opportunities.Competitive remuneration package with 2 extra salaries (Christmas, Easter & Summer).Fixed working schedule, no shifts, adapted to country needs.9 country holiday leaves, on top of your deserved AHL (Annual Holiday Leave).
