Finance Operations Manager

We represent one of Australia's fastest growing non-bank lenders who provide innovative loan products to property developers and small to medium enterprise businesses nationally. Due to growth, this successful business is now looking for a Finance Operations Manager with a strong eye for detail, finance expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. This role offers variety, finance operations, project involvement, and the chance to make a real impact.Key Responsibilities include: Overseeing and reviewing an offshore team’s workActing as an escalation point for the teamEnsuring accuracy across spreadsheets, balance sheets, and P&L statementsParticipating in new projects, including implementation of a brand new new loan management systemSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the businessWhat We’re Looking ForFinance experience (preferably within an Australian lending business)High attention to detail and strong analytical skillsTrust management experience Offshore team management experience (a bonus but not essential)Ability to thrive in a dynamic, project-driven environmentOur client is a small, agile yet growing company where your work makes an impact.
