You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you’ll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: Finance PMOResponsabilities:Support Project Governance:Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices.Develop and Maintain Project Standards:Create, update, and enforce templates, processes, and tools to ensure consistent project execution across the organization.Resource Management Coordination:Assist in resource allocation by tracking availability and capacity, ensuring optimal use of personnel and tools.Portfolio Tracking and Reporting:Monitor the status of multiple projects within the portfolio, consolidating progress reports and providing insights to senior management.Risk and Issue Management Support:Identify and escalate project risks and issues, ensuring that mitigation strategies are in place and properly executed.Financial Oversight:Track project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans, and provide detailed cost analysis and forecasts.Stakeholder Communication:Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders by facilitating regular updates, meetings, and feedback loops.Quality Assurance:Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the defined scope and objectives.Continuous Improvement:Collect lessons learned from completed projects and refine processes to enhance future project performance.Team Coaching and Development:Act as a mentor and coach to project managers and teams, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.Skills and Qualifications:Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent3 to 8 years of experience as PMO or Project ManagerStrive for excellence, can-do attitudeAbility to communicate strategically with various stakeholders including a business audienceResult oriented, supported by analytical and critical thinkingEffective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasksFlexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environmentKnowledge in or interest for Agile, PMI, Prince 2 is an assetAble to speak fluently in French & English, Dutch is a major assetWhat we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
