This is a client-facing leadership role, working closely with Web3 founders, executives, and stakeholders to design and implement best-in-class finance and risk frameworks tailored to the digital assets industry. While the focus will be external advisory, you will also oversee light internal finance operations for STORM Partners.⚡️ Hiring for Values • Passion: Relentless curiosity, bias to action. • Quality: Institutional-grade rigor; no shortcuts. • Leadership: We set direction and own outcomes. • Transparency: No surprises—clear logic, explicit trade-offs.⚡️ ResponsibilitiesServe as a financial advisor to Web3 clients across jurisdictions.Build and implement financial processes, governance, and risk frameworks.Advise on fundraising, tokenomics, treasury, and liquidity strategy.Ensure compliance across accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements (global).Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.Produce thought leadership and brief clients on Web3 financial trends.Support internal finance (budgeting, reporting, cash flow) as needed.⚡️ Requirements5+ years in finance/accounting/risk (consultancy, fintech, or Web3).Expert understanding of digital assets, blockchain, and Web3 market structure.Proven track record with international, multi-jurisdiction clients.Strong grasp of Swiss and global digital-asset regulations.Professional certification preferred (CPA, CFA, ACA, CAIA, or equivalent).Advanced English; additional languages a plus.Please upload your CV as a .pdf.
