Finance Specialist

Job Title: Finance Specialist (1-Year Contract)Location: Gyeongido, South Korea ( Company shuttle buses are available from Seoul and other key locations to support your commute)About Job:We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support the service business operations across Asia, including Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity of financial data, driving process improvements, and collaborating with global teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information that supports strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Manage revenue recognition for service contracts and review/approve service orders.Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls and accounting policies.Record, verify, and analyze financial transactions during month-end closing.Conduct managerial P&L analysis, identify trends, and share insights with business stakeholders.Maintain and control balance sheet accounts and ensure data accuracy.Collaborate with teams in Service Planning, Business Management, Controlling, Legal, Tax, and Order Management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.2–10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of US GAAP, K-GAAP, and IFRS standards.Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.Contact Info:Senior ConsultantRay (Khurshidbek) AkramovEmail: khurshid.a@careerplan.be
