Job Description
Job Responsibilities:1.Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.2.Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.3.Monitor cash flow, ensure timely payment of invoices, and manage working capital effectively.4.Oversee tax planning and compliance, including preparation of tax returns and audits.5.Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and propose cost-saving measures or efficiency improvements.6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.7.Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and external reporting standards.Qualification:1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.2.Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, ideally in a multinational company.3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.4.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is a plus.5.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.6.Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.7.Familar with Dynamics 365 of Microsoft.
