We are seeking a Finance Specialist 360° (Accounting, Treasury, HR Admin) for a company in the Construction and Technical Sales sector, located in the Ștefan cel Mare area, Bucharest. This role is on site only.Candidate Profile:Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar Finance/Accounting roleTechnical Skills: Mandatory proven experience with SAGA and strong proficiency in MS Excel.Mindset: Highly detail-oriented, solution-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously.1. Core Accounting & Treasury:Managing the daily cash flow of the company and overseeing payment processing (issuing bank orders for suppliers, admin, rent, etc.).Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the SAGA system.Monitoring future collections from customers and ensuring timely communication with the sales team.Handling month-end reconciliations with the external accounting partner for accurate and complete financial records.2. Inventory & Asset Management:Processing primary inventory documents (NIRs, consumption notes) related to construction materials and paint stock.Ensuring proper maintenance and control of the fixed asset registry (depreciation, inventory items).3. Administrative & Compliance:Managing the personnel files (HR) of current and new employees and assisting with payroll preparation.Working in coordination with the company lawyer to ensure timely fulfillment of contractual obligations (payments, guarantees, collateral, etc.).Contact: andreea.ariton@randstad.ro
