Values such as trust, openness, and appreciation have guided us in our daily work for 40 years.For our Financial & Legal Services Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for aFinance Systems Coordinator, 75-100% (f/m/x)What's it all about?You get to know our operational business in accounting and financial statements and initially support the day-to-day operations to gain a deep understanding of our processes.You will play a role in the further development of our digital finance systems and actively shape the future of our financial processes as part of an interdisciplinary team – from the ERP finance module and digital invoice management to travel expense solutions as well as innovative banking integrations and interfaces.You support projects for system rollouts and the integration of new features, work closely with IT and specialist teams, and act as the point of contact for our external consultants.You ensure the reliable functionality of our systems through structured documentation as well as the planning and execution of recurring automated and manual tests for our releases.You are on hand when challenges arise and develop pragmatic and efficient solutions together with IT experts for your colleagues in the finance department.What are we looking for?You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally hold a qualification as an accountant or certified balance sheet accountant.You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance and have ideally already worked in interdisciplinary projects.You enjoy working with IT systems and feel comfortable using them; advanced Excel skills as well as ERP knowledge are an advantage.You have an interest in project management and process improvement or are motivated to further develop your skills in this area.You work in a structured and independent manner, are a strong team player, and stand out with excellent communication skills.You have very good English skills and are able to convey complex topics clearly and understandably – in both English and German.What makes us a Great Place to work?An exciting interface role between Finance and IT with plenty of creative freedom in an international, dynamic environment.Collaborative work in a motivated, interdisciplinary team with a collegial and respectful atmosphere.A modern working environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure and a strong focus on sustainability, diversity, and flexible working hours.A wide range of training and development opportunities, e.g. in project management, project leadership, or system responsibility.Attractive benefits for your work-life balance – from our in-house kitchen team to many other offers that make work enjoyable.Passion and motivation are just as important to us as the job profile.
