Finance Team Leader

We are looking for a Finance Team Leader for our client operating in the industrial machinery manufacturing industry, located in İzmir/Güzelbahçe.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.Minimum 6–8 years of experience in finance preferably within manufacturing.Strong knowledge of treasury management, working capital optimization and financial risk management.Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial modeling.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all treasury and financing operations to ensure optimal liquidity and sustainable cash flow management.Manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting aligned with production planning and operational needs.Optimize working capital components, including receivables, payables, and inventory financing.Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions; negotiate credit facilities and financing agreements.Monitor foreign exchange exposure and implement appropriate hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management, providing actionable insights.Analyze production costs, margins, and operational KPIs to improve profitability.
