Finance Team Leader

Position: Finance Team LeaderLocation: Léman Building, 20 Truong Dinh Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Responsibilities1. Corporate FinanceAdvise leadership on short- and long-term financial planning and strategy.Manage budgets, cash flow, capital efficiency, and internal controls (compliance with law, ESG, group policies).Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and risk controls; experience with carbon credits is a plus.Improve processes with international standards and tools (ERP, BI, IFRS).Train finance staff and provide analyses to support executive decision-making.2. Project FinanceAssess financial feasibility of projects (renewables, green technology, infrastructure, etc.).Structure financing solutions (equity, debt, funds, green bonds) and liaise with banks/investors.Develop financial models, risk analysis, and reports to guide investment decisions.Train staff and support leadership in fundraising and project implementation.Knowledge of carbon-related projects is an advantage.Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CFA/ACCA/CPA is a big plus).5+ years’ experience in Corporate or Project Finance.Solid knowledge of capital management, fundraising, IFRS/VAS, taxation, and financial modeling.Experience with renewable energy, ESG, or international investment is an advantage.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage banks, funds, and global partners.
