Job DescriptionAbout your roleAre you a detail-oriented and growth-minded finance professional looking to work in an international environment? Orion Pharma’s Cost Cycle Accounting team is looking for a Finance Trainee for a fixed-term, part-time role in Accounts Payable!In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices for Orion Pharma’s parent company and subsidiaries. Your tasks will include verifying invoice data, account coding, and VAT accuracy. You will also send invoices for approval and transfer them to accounting. Additionally, you will respond to invoice-related inquiries and maintain guidelines. You will work with invoices in an SAP environment.The employment is fixed-term until end of May, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Weekly working hours are approximately 10–20 hours, making this position ideal for a student in the field. Working hours can be agreed based on your study schedule. The team works closely with all departments to ensure financial planning and targets are considered in decision making and supporting our strategic initiatives.Our Cost Cycle Accounting team manages the invoice-to-payment process, travel expense process, vendor data maintenance, and payments for domestic companies and several foreign subsidiaries.
