By joining us, you don’t just become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue our rich legacy that started back in 1874.Join us as aFinance & Treasury ManagerYour Main ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Managing short/long term cash flows and treasury operations of Schindler TurkeyProviding solutions for the improvement of Credit & Collection processesEnsuring accurate and timely reporting of cash flow, FX exposures, and liquidityLeading the relationship with banks and financial institutionsLeading A/R collection process and dealing with internal / external customersFollowing up the process of bank guarantee letters with direct reportsManaging intercompany and third party supplier paymentsCooperates with internal and external auditors and partnersNet working capital management, strategic planning and enforcement of internal control frameworkAssessing collection risks and following up actions to mitigate impact on business performanceMonitoring compliance to company policies, internal controls and regulationsManaging SAP Treasury and Banking modules in collaboration with IT & SAP support teamsWhat You BringEducation: University degree in Economics, Finance-Accounting or relevant fields.Master’s degree or MBA is an asset.Language: Excellent written and spoken EnglishWork Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience on financial positions; minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant managerial positionExperience in the working environment of an international company is essentialAbility to operate in a matrix organization with country, regional and corporate interactionSound commercial understanding and business partnership approachDeveloped skills in coordinating and motivating the department’s personnelMS Office and SAP knowledge is requiredExperience in Construction Accounting and Project Accounting is plusCompetencies: Business acumen – (Commercial Understanding)Ability of effective expression in individual or group situations and ability of clear expression of ideas in writing and in good grammatical form.
