Grafton Recruitment is one of the largest recruitment companies in Europe with 40 years’ experience on the market as a Global Search & Selection brand.For one of our clients, an international real estate development company that owns and operates multiple hospitality properties, we are currently seeking an additional team member for the following position: FINANCE/TREASURY SPECIALIST.ROLE SUMMARY:The Finance/Treasury Specialist plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, with a focus on treasury-related activities. This position involves close collaboration with banks and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of payments, compliance with financial regulations, and effective management of financial instruments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling administrative and operational finance tasks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Posting executed payments and entering payment orders as neededHandling communication and administrative tasks with the banks (bank accounts opening/closing, updating the bank operating mandates, e-banking, reporting toward the banks, payment cards, etc.)Monitoring and administration related to deposits and creditReview of interest calculationsMaintaining the evidence of collateral instrumentsKeeping track of legal and regulatory requirements related to financial operationsPerforming other finance-related administrative tasksQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience Familiarity with relationships with the banks, treasury administration and activities, interest calculations, and collateral managementUnderstanding of financial regulations and compliance requirementsSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:Strong communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsProactive and detail-oriented approach to workAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyHigh level of integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive financial dataWHAT WE OFFER:Work in an international environmentOpportunity to work on one of the most prestigious projects in our regionChance to collaborate with an experienced and supportive team, while continuously learning and developing through shared expertiseOutstanding opportunities for career growth and development If you are confident that you meet the above requirements and you are interested in developing your career in a dynamic international organization, please send your application.
