In this role, you will support financial analyses, reporting, and various operational tasks within the team.Your Range Of Tasks IncludesSupport in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including collecting financial data, updating internal reports, reconciling selected accounts, and organizing relevant documentationAssist with financial reporting, such as creating management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysesParticipate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection, consolidation, and scenario modellingAssist in preparing and organizing data for billing processesMaintain financial data and support the preparation of datasets and analyses for internal financial reportsSupport the administration and documentation of employee work equipment, including tracking assignments and updatesPerform ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making in various departmentsHelp implement new finance tools and automation initiativesRequirements & Your ExpertiseA completed bachelor’s degree – ideally with a focus on finance, accounting, or business administrationAn analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skillsA high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability in your workThe ability to structure data, identify inconsistencies, and draw meaningful insightsYou are a proficient Excel user and have solid skills in PowerPoint for presenting analyses and resultsInitial experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong plusA proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with different departmentsFluent English and good German (B2), which you can use in communication with various stakeholdersOUR RANGEFlexible working hours including home office (we are together in the office 3 times a week)Individual offers for further training and developmentAccess to our customizable benefit package with emplu – a monthly, tax-free budget that you can freely redeem at our partners (e.g., supermarkets and drugstores, DeutschlandTicket, fuel vouchers, daycare subsidies, and much more).Access to our corporate benefit program with high discounts on a variety of well-known and strong brandsAn entry and perspective in one of the world's future industries.
