To bring exceptional products and services to market, we need remarkable and motivated individuals.Job Description Contact person (m/f/d) for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments Checking, assigning, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as monitoring payment runs Responsibility for dunning, including monitoring and maintaining open item lists Preparation of advance VAT returns Monthly account reconciliations (intercompany) Assistance with the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statementsQualifications Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on finance and accounting e.g., as a tax clerk (f/m/d) orinsurance and finance clerk (f/m/d) Relevant professional experience in financial accounting, especially in accounts payable and accountsreceivable, as well as expertise and experience in national accounting (HGB) and corporate taxation User knowledge of a common ERP system (e.g., SAP) and in-depth knowledge ofMS Office (especially Excel) Fluent German and ideally also good English skills Independent, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work Commitment, flexibility, and reliability Sociability, strong communication skills, team player (f/m/d)Additional Information Team spirit: You can expect a pleasant corporate culture that promotes cohesion, values participation, andoffers prospects.
