Financial Accountant

We're currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Accountant to join the Dublin office of a fast-growing, leading global technology company on a contract basis.This is a high-impact role, focused on managing the financial compliance and reporting for multiple entities across the EMEA region. If you are a driven problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you!What you will be doing:Responsible for US GAAP reporting and local statutory compliance for a portfolio of EMEA entities.Managing complex compliance processes, including the preparation of Corporation Tax and VAT returns.Coordinating and assisting with the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements and supporting external audits.Driving process improvement projects to ensure our accounting functions are scalable and efficient.Reviewing the work of outsourced partners and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across the business.The ideal candidate brings:2+ years of relevant industry experience (post-qualification) within a large, multinational environment.Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Local(Ireland) GAAP principles.Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience with a major ERP system (e.g., Oracle).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
