Join our TeamOur Exciting Opportunity:Financial Control Units were established in Ericsson to be the prime guarantors of financial information, compliance, governance, and risk management for all assigned companies. They also support and add value to the business by providing expert accounting, treasury, and tax advice and by securing compliant solutions for complex business transactions from a legal entity perspective.We are now looking for a new Financial Accounting & Tax Specialist to join our Financial Control Europe team.You will join the FCA NE unit, a team of 24 specialists supporting financial controllers and tax managers in Northern and Central Europe. The team ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and supports performance monitoring. This role helps optimize processes, improve data accuracy, and ensure compliance in a dynamic, cross-country setup.________________________________________What You’ll Do: Perform company controlling activities for assigned legal entities, focusing on compliance in financial reporting Ensure accurate balance sheets and income statements in close collaboration with Financial Controlling and Tax Management Support in preparation for IFRS reporting and related bridge between statutory reporting Support in information preparation for board of directors, including Legal Entity Governance packages Support in statutory and FIRE audits Monitor precision in Transfer Pricing and initiate corrective actions; proper implementation and follow up on group tax instructions Ensure legal entity risk management Ensure tax compliance for assigned entities in line with local regulations and group policies Preparation of applicable SOX controls Secure the Ericsson Operational Model is properly followed________________________________________To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–3 years’ experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit or tax Basic knowledge of IFRS and financial processes, with a willingness to grow expertise Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP is a plus) Strong English communication skills, Spanish a plus A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindsetBehavioral Competencies: Analyzing and problem-solving Planning and organizing Applying expertise and technology Working well with people and showing initiativeHere are some of our benefits: 25 + vacation days and additional 2 days off per year for personal time; Flexy time and hybrid ways of working Medical subscription for you and your close family; Life and accidents insurance coverage; Flexible benefits monthly budget and 1000+ offers to choose from (gym, meal vouchers, travel, pension, retailers vouchers, personal development classes, gifts and many others); Short and long term variable pay plans available company wide;Other programs: rewards and recognition program to appreciate and be inspired by others; refer a friend and choose to work with those close to you; internal communities of CSR Volunteers and sports teams; Learning platforms and programs to develop your skills, as well as curated external content from various libraries.________________________________________What We’re Looking For:We are looking for someone eager to grow, with the motivation to develop their technical and business skills in a supportive, international environment.
