Job DescriptionAbbott is looking for a  Financial Analyst to join the Structural Heart Division at our EMEA Headquarters in Diegem. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the development and implementation of automation and analytics solutions, streamlining FPA processes and enhancing decision – making support for the EMEA Management team.Abbott’s Structural Heart division is dedicated to transforming the treatment of heart valve disease and other structural heart conditions. Our team works at the forefront of cardiovascular innovation, collaborating across functions to deliver life-changing therapies.Role And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the Finance team Design and implement automation solution to streamline reporting and planning processes Deliver timely and accurate actuals reporting and variance analysis Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles Prepare EMEA management reports and consolidations Support Marketing with financial insights and analysis Review & evaluate analytics methods to ensure consistency, ensure data integrity across tools (HFM, SAP, BO, Dodeca, Power BI) Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects as requested by management Your ProfileUniversity degree in Applied Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related fieldMBA or analytics certification is a plus3–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or data analyticsStrong understanding of FP&A processes and strategic planningAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, R, SAP, BO, Dodeca, HFMExperience with automation tools and data visualizationHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactiveStrong communication and collaboration skillsAble to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environmentFluent in EnglishOur OfferAt Abbott, you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and international environment.
