Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Conduct variance analysis to monitor business performance and identify trends.Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.Support monthly and annual closing processes and assist with internal audits.Develop financial reports and dashboards to provide management with actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.Implement process improvements to enhance reporting, compliance, and data integrity.RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
