The RoleDo you want to be part of an exciting journey, using your financial expertise to support the renewable energy transition? Based in Santiago and reporting to the Strategic Finance & FP&A Manager, you will support the evaluation of new opportunities, financing, and the valuation of Sonnedix’s portfolio, while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Growth/M&A, Strategic Finance, Asset Management, Commercial, and Project Finance. As Financial Analyst / Associate, you will build and maintain complex financial models, assess investment opportunities, conduct scenario analysis, and provide recommendations to optimise performance. You will also play an active role in acquisitions, due diligence, and financing processes, ensuring informed and robust decision-making.In addition, you will lead the quarterly group valuation process, short-term TSR planning, and long-term growth forecasting, while driving improvements in financial models, tools, and outputs to deliver clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making. You will support the preparation of high-quality reports and briefing materials for executives and investors, analyse and value renewable energy projects for M&A and project finance transactions, and provide ongoing analytical support for financings and portfolio monitoring. Your ability to partner with stakeholders and maintain strong relationships will be key to delivering impact in this role.Desirable skills:University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (CFA preferred).Solid experience in advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis.Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.Strong knowledge of the renewable energy sector.Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity.
