Our team of experienced professionals provide guidance and support to businesses in every aspect, so that business owners can focus on what they do best, running their business!Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. They will also have experience with a full set of accounts and be able to prepare and analyze financial statements.Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators.Develop financial models to forecast future financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.Assess the impact of strategic decisions, market changes, and economic factors on financial performance.Collaborate with accounting, sales, operations, and other departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights.Prepare financial budgets, forecasts and presentation decks to clients.Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budget.Participate in the financial planning and budgeting process.Provide financial advice and support to clients.Provide administrative support to management.Other ad hoc projects and/or tasks as assigned.  Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. Young, dynamic, fast learner, passionate about finance with a great team spirit. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with administrative tasks and office management procedures.Meticulous attention to detail.
