Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cash Management, you will ensure accurate cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations, business analysis and financial reporting for a variety of financial accounts, while also supporting treasury payment processing. You will also participate in financial system projects, upgrades and implementations of various complex ERP, point-of-sale, sales audit, and tender processing initiatives focusing on accuracy, efficiency and financial integrity.If you are a customer-focused team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving problems and have a proven ability to build strong business relationships, this opportunity is for you!About The RoleLeverage advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions.Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Support Cash management/forecasting to optimize strategic and investment decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline banking interfaces and automation.Support period-end and year-end close activities related to cash and banking.Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and implementation of new automated solutions.Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to department staff members and project teams to improve processes.About YouPost-secondary education in business or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.CPA designation or currently in progress.Extensive experience working in a collaborative retail & financial environment related to sales, margin, tender reporting, and financial analysis.Experience with Treasury/Cash Management and banking operations.Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) along with Power BI knowledge.Experience with Oracle/SAP software or equivalent financial tools.Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, as you collaborate with team members and business partners across the organization.Progressive analytical and strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and sound judgment.Data-driven with the ability to analyze data and trends to support sales, tender and ad hoc financial reporting, reviews & recommendations to senior management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, while leveraging sound judgement and decision-making abilities.Highly motivated with strong drive for continuous improvement with or without direction.Advanced business and financial acumen to drive business performance, embracing change and innovation.Detail oriented with strong organization skills and the ability to conduct complex financial analysis and learn new financial software and systems with ease.We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits including:Health/Dental BenefitsAccess to an Employee & Family Assistance Programa Defined Benefit PensionDiscounts on products and services via Workperks.There is a world of opportunities at the LCBO…Join an organization where you can be challenged while achieving your true potential.
