Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team.Start: ASAPEnd: 6 months contract with possible extensionLocation: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 3 days remote)About the assignment:In this role, you´ll play a key part in delivering insights and analytics that drive strategic and operational decisions.You’ll maintain financial forecasts, improve internal reporting, and ensure strong financial governance across multiple digital business units.What You’ll DoManage the rolling operating expense forecast in close partnership with business leadersCollaborate with HR to ensure people-related costs align with approved budgetsPrepare revenue forecasts based on operational and analytical dataTrack P&L risks and opportunities to support decision-makingTranslate P&L forecasts into cash flow projections for treasury planningMaintain long-term financial plans, including lifetime product profitability modelsSupport annual budgeting and planning processesEnsure proper capitalization of software development costs for both actuals and forecastsPartner with the accounting team to ensure a smooth month-end close and prepare variance analysis reportsCoordinate with other finance functions to ensure policy compliance and consistent reportingSupport accurate product reporting setup and data integrity within ERP systemsDeliver clear and visually engaging management reports and dashboardsPromote financial awareness and understanding within product and development teamsWhat You’ll BringExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and analytical mindsetProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh sense of ownership, urgency, and time managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Excel (financial modelling, forecasting, data analysis)Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (SAP BPC an asset)5+ years of experience from preferably tech/entertainment companies.
