If you are looking for a great career opportunity within the IT world, then you are in the right place.Within the GCOO/CFT/COO/OFS team, the analyst's main mission is to participate in the operational and financial steering of an IT department (CDS) and one or more GCOO/CFT partner portfolios, by providing advice, assistance and expertise to the CDS Chief of Staff (COS) to respect its financial trajectory and optimize its resources.Operational missions:Monthly activities : Alerting and advising the COS and CDS exco at the right time and in the right way on respecting his financial trajectory and optimizing his resourcesPrepare and lead CSM and CDS financial reviews of his perimeter in collaboration with the COSAssist COS in preparing partner coverage meetings by providing financial elementsProduce periodic and useful analysis on different axis (Cost nature, Sourcing, Project/Application, CSM, Partners, CTB/RTB, MD, Euros, Region) to answer basic questions likeIs the forecast aligned with the budget (Full year analysis)Is my staff aligned with forecast (Full year analysis)Are the actuals consumed at right pace compared to my budget (Year to date analysis)Maintain the detailed budget allocation per CSM, Project/Application in sync with the help of Chief of staff, CDS and CSM headsEnsure the quality of the financial data on his perimeter with a good level of alerting and action plan follow upAssist CSM on the monthly forecast exercise on Software license and maintenance, and GTS costsEnsure application referential update by CSM on mandatory data for a good Software license and Maintenance, and GTS forecast per CSM and PartnerAnnual N+1 budget process exercise : Assist COS and CSM and CDS heads in the preparation of the budget for year N+1Gather CDS deformation element such as Run+/Run-, Transformation savings per Partner / CSM / Cost nature / Application / Region between years N and N+1Assist COS in preparing dedicated budget meeting at CDS or Partner level by providing financial elements and financial guidelinesAssist OFS consolidation team by gathering budget demand on some budget axis like GTS, Software license and maintenanceLoad the CDS datas in the budget tools such as OFS central excel files or GPCPrepare the detailed budget allocation per CSM, Project/Application thanks to a high level CSM/partner allocation provided by on Chief of staff, CDS heads or GAM in the respect of CFT and partners budget trajectoriesOthers activites at any time :Promote the usage of the “automatized dashboard” by CSM head with the objective to have them fully autonomous in their perimeter steeringEnsure the application of the steering practices and guidelines defined by the OFS and COO including tools and processConduct ad hoc financial studies at CFT or CDS level if requireLead at least one continuous improvement project for OFSContributes actively and proactively to the extension of the OFS offer to new areas such as reporting tool for RCSMs, review of the budget process or coverage meetings.Liaises with DFIN/ITG, COO/SLS and API correspondents within his/her scope to facilitate communication and exchange of financial dataAbout you:Good knowledge and understanding of IT financial steering stakesAt least 5 years of experience in financial analysis/reporting/controlling fieldAdvanced Excel and Power BI (would be a strong plus)Know how to manage complex and demanding environmentsPragmatic, open mind and proactiveVery good ability to communicate, analytical and synthesis mindReal team player and like to share with your colleagues Very good level of English and French will be a strong plusMore than a position, a springboardJoining our team means having the opportunity to be a key player in the implementation of the strategic roadmap of a group IT department: CFT for Corporate Functions (Finance, Risks, Compliance, General Secretary, HR and Communication).It is a great opportunity to enrich yourself professionally and personally by developing your network and skills through key topics for our organization.
