Global invoicing for Air Transport Services (FS2 Global Solutions)Key Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process customer invoices globally for the air transport services division, ensuring correct VAT treatment and timely issue to clients.Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, and assist with maintaining up-to-date debtor reports.Ensure that interfaces to NetSuite from the WMS and TMS are operating in accordance with expectationsBe proficient in understanding the invoicing process for storage invoices and act as backup when requiredMaintain Customer master data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.Perform testing of NetSuie enhancementsSupport cash flow forecasting by providing up-to-date information on expected receipts and payments.Provide general accounting and administrative support, including filing, document control, and ad-hoc financial analysis as required by the Director of FinanceExperience5 Years+Essential Experience: Invoicing & Collections. Some systems experience a definite advantage. What you will get:· Supportive and collaborative value driven culture.· Permanent role with salary range depending on candidate experience.· Major scope for further growth & development both in salary & responsibilities.· Excellent benefits package with pension and healthcare
