Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst for Procurement takes responsibility for providing detailed analyses and insights to support decision-making and drive business opportunities. This includes the preparation of budgets and forecasts and month-end calculations of supplier rebates.With excellent business partnering and communication skills, this role builds strong relationships with central and regional finance functions as well as the European procurement team.Key ResponsibilitiesDecision Support: Delivering financial insights to support strategic decisions and mitigate risks.Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts, identifying cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.Financial Modeling: Developing models to track procurement KPIs like vendor rebates, working capital, and FTEs.Reporting: Creating management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses to support business needs.KPI & Analytics: Enhancing functional KPIs and analytics to drive data-based decisions.Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal and corporate stakeholders.Skills and Experience neededHolds a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in finance, specifically related to analysis and reportingExperience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis and strong modeling skillsProficient in financial analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel (with knowledge of VBA advantageous), Power BI, Incorta, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle, etc.Excellent business partnering skills and able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organizationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressureFluent in both written and spoken English (C1 level).Do you feel that 60% of the role aligns with your skills?
