Financial Analyst

Our company, one of the fastest-growing players in intensive retail, is seeking a Financial Analyst to strengthen the Finance team and contribute to the effective management of financial flows, strict cost control, and the support of strategic growth. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).Perform revenue analysis by category, store, and channel.Control inventories, gross margins, and stock variances across the store network.Design, monitor, and report on financial performance KPIs.Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes.Analyze and monitor supplier agreements (rebates, discounts, terms of cooperation).Collaborate and communicate with external accountants and auditors to ensure tax and accounting compliance.Identify risks and propose cost and process optimization initiatives.Work closely with Accounting, Store Operations, and the Management Team.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree considered a plus).3-5 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst ideally in retail, FMCG.Use of ERP systems and MS Excel (pivot tables, modeling).Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Career development opportunities in a rapidly expanding sector.A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with continuous learning.Participation in strategic decision-making that directly impacts business growth.
