Financial Analyst

Position OverviewThe Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis. This position partners closely with the Country Manager to enhance sales performance and gross margins, while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.Key Responsibilities1. Financial ReportingMonitor and analyze business performance regularly.Provide monthly direct sales reports with actionable insights.Analyze gross margins by product and recommend improvements.Develop business cases for new initiatives.Support budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.Assist the Regional Finance Manager with ad-hoc analysis.2. Commercial AcumenCompare actual results against budgets and previous years.Identify cost-saving opportunities and performance enhancements.Execute ad-hoc financial projects as needed.3. Business PartnershipCollaborate with business leaders on planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Deliver advanced financial models for strategic initiatives.Fulfill reporting needs and share financial expertise.Recommend innovative solutions to boost productivity.4. Self-DevelopmentStay updated on product knowledge and company philosophy.Engage with leadership for continuous improvement.Embrace change with a proactive mindset.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis.Experience in Big4 Auditing firm is preferred.Fluent in English and Vietnamese.Experience working with suppliers and stakeholders.Familiarity with local banking procedures and internal controls.
