It combines technical skills in financial modelling and forecasting with responsibilities in investment reporting, investor communications, and project management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CFO/COO on financial and investment operations projectsPrepare and deliver quarterly NAV and performance reports for trusteesAssist in drafting Investment MemorandumsSupport investor communications, including preparation of quarterly updates for Limited PartnersAssist in the structuring and setup of new investment vehicles (e.g., VCC, Cayman, other offshore structures)Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support internal forecasting, and decision-makingContribute to project management activities, ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are metProvide analytical support for business planning, scenario modelling, and ad hoc strategic initiativesWork with external administrators, trustees, and legal advisors to support fund operations and reporting processesEnhance internal reporting processes and help implement best practices across investment operations and financial analysisRequirementsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, data analysis)Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyQualified accountant (CA/CPA) highly regardedExperience in investment management, private equity, or fund operations is anWork LocationHomebased, Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PMNote: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
