Financial Analyst

About the Role:We're launching a new wiring harness plant in Kenitra and seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to support our growth from the ground up.As Finance Analyst you will be responsible for providing reliable visibility of the plant financial performance and participate to achieve operational result and FCF targets.Key Responsibilities:Financial planning and reporting.Ensure monthly monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reporting to the plant management and division.Budget and forecasts preparation and follow up.Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations, and finance.Evaluate all plant transaction according to accounting procedures.Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results.Prepare internal reporting with KPI’s for all plant processes.Reconcile all inter-company accounts monthly.Why Join Us?Be a key driver in establishing a new plant in Morocco.Opportunity to shape Finance operations from the ground up in a greenfield environment.Supportive, multicultural team focused on continues improvement.Access opportunities for long-term career growth within a global organization.Competitive compensation package.Your Profile:Master’s Degree in corporate finance, management controlling or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or costing department in an automotive, preferably wiring harness industry.Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail.High energy, proactiveness and strong curiosity.Experience working in a multinational or greenfield/start-up environment is a major advantage.Advanced knowledge of Excel.Fluent in Arabic and French, with working English proficiency required.If you are passionate about the automotive industry and Finance, and are driven by challenges, apply by submitting your CV in English.
