Financial Analyst & Profitability Controller

Position Summary:The Financial Analyst & Profitability Controller will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. The controller is also responsible for preparing and analyzing various financial reports as per the company policies and practice. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and business management.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Reporting: - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process.2. Budgeting and Forecasting: - Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. - Monitor budget performance and implement corrective actions as needed. - Provide detailed analysis of budget variances.3. Internal Controls and Compliance: - Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. - Implement and monitor effective internal audit processes.4. Financial Analysis and Strategy: - Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making. - Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial data. - Assist in the development of long-term financial plans.5. Report Preparation:- Prepare accurate and timely financial and operational reports.- Compile data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.- Ensure all reports comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance department or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of financial reporting.- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP is an advantage).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluency in English language (written and spoken).- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).- CAFR member represents and advantage.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Health subscription Regina Maria- Free day for birthday- 22 days of Holiday/year + additional days for seniority:+1 day per year after 4 years, starting with the 5th year.+1 day per year after 6 years, starting with the 7th year.+2 days per year after 9 years, starting with the 10th year.- Professional development opportunities.
