Financial Analyst

Qualifications· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field · Experience: 3+ years of experience inFP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, preferably in a multinational setting. Additional accounting experience preferred.· Required:o Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillso Excellent communication and presentation abilitieso Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritieso Can communicate effectively in spoken and written English     · Preferred:o Familiarity with staffing industry (or similar) financial processes (e.g., high-volume payroll, temp billing) strongly preferred o Experience in multinational settings and working with geographically disbursed teamso Experience with NetSuite ERP system o Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
