Financial Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, net asset valuations, and experience with essential financial tools and software.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and strategy.Perform ad hoc financial analyses to assess various business scenarios and provide actionable insights.Keep financial spreadsheets updated with the latest data and projections.Assist in net asset valuations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers of performance against budget and forecast. Benchmark operational metrics across locations to identify opportunities for improvementExport categorized expenses from QuickBooks Online and integrate them into financial models and reports.Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements and records.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts. Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with company goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Experience with Expensify, Bill.com, QuickBooks Online, and bank reconciliation.Leverage company tools such as Data Central, NetSuite, Netsuite Planning and Budgeting, Asana, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient data management and reporting. Identify opportunities to enhance system usage for improved reporting accuracy and efficiency.Provide financial insights for special projects or initiatives as needed. Support senior leadership with actionable data-driven recommendations. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
