Financial Analyst (Role of Emiratization)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join a leading multinational organization in Dubai as a Financial Analyst within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze P&L statements, revenue, and expense reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reforecast processes.Track year-to-date sales and expenses to assist in financial planning.Perform data entry and validation in financial systems (SAP / ERP).Provide variance analysis, financial insights, and recommendations to management.Review financial data related to projects, investments, and cost control.Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.Collaborate with internal teams across departments such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis (fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply).Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems preferred.Understanding of financial reporting and forecasting principles.Excellent communication and time management skills.Key CompetenciesAnalytical and data-driven mindset.Attention to detail and accuracy.Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.What’s OfferedOpportunity to work with an international organization and gain exposure to global financial practices.Career growth and development opportunities, including training and mentorship.Supportive and collaborative team culture.
