In addition to its EPC expertise, Samsung C&T Philippines will actively pursue opportunities in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and infrastructure investment ventures.With the full support and collaboration of Samsung C&T Corporation’s headquarters, the company is committed to continuously expanding its presence and driving growth in the Philippine market.□ Location: Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines□ Job Positions * Financial Modeler (for infra-PPP projects)Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for infrastructure PPP, IPP, and real estate projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standardsFeasibility Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess the viability and profitability of potential projects, including sensitivity and scenario analysesDue Diligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform due diligence, evaluating financial, technical, and legal aspects of projectsRisk Assessment: Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with projects, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure financial sustainabilityReporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, investment memoranda, and presentations to senior management□ Qualification and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plusMinimum of 1-3 years of experience in project finance within accounting firms, investment banks, or asset management companies, with a focus on infrastructure PPP and IPP projects ※ Must have infrastructure (airport, road, rail, renewable etc) Modeling or Model reviewing experience in Philippines□ Preferred SkillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesReview of Feasibility Study(F/S) Reports and analyzeEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and self-motivated attitude and managing the teamUnderstanding legal Documents and Financial DocumentsContact us at flores.billy@samsung.com if you have any enquiries or would like to view job descriptions.
