Financial Analyst

📢 We are looking for a Financial AnalystThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about improving financial performance and driving business growth.Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts;Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support management decisions;Develop and maintain financial models for planning and performance evaluation;Support the month-end closing process and management reporting;Perform cost and profitability analysis by product, department, or project;Assist in preparing business plans and investment analyses;Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights on performance improvement;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency and transparency;Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives within the finance function.Requirements:At least 3 years of work experience in FP&A or a similar position;Proven experience in preparing management reports and financial models;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas);Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting;Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage;Excellent analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail;High level of responsibility, initiative, and professional ethics;Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.We offer:Competitive compensation depending on qualifications and skills;A five-day work week;Opportunities for professional growth and development.If you think you have the knowledge and skills to help us move to the next level, please send your CV and a short cover letter explaining why you believe you are the right fit for this position to m.erkinov@sofgroup.uz — we’ll be happy to hear from you!
