Job Description

As a Finance Analyst in our European Regional Office, you will play a critical role in supporting financial transparency, operational efficiency, and compliance across multiple European countries. You will be responsible for analyzing monthly P&L reports, SG&A expenses, tracking non-recovered operational costs, supporting the annual budget process, and ensuring adherence to SOX controls. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilityPrepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for European entitiesInvestigate variances and provide actionable insights to regional and country-level stakeholdersConsolidate financial data across multiple countries for regional performance reviewsMonitor and report Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A)Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiencyCollaborate with department heads to ensure accurate expense forecastingTrack and report non-recovered operational expensesSupport the direct Manager and Regional CFO with the annual budget process for European countriesMonitoring of SOX controlsEnsure documentation and key financial processesAssist in internal audits related to financial porting and complianceSupport with Account Receivables duties as a backupRequirements:University degree or equivalent education in Finance & Accounting4-6 years of experience in management, Working Capital and Financial reporting , Experience with accounting Ideally a good working knowledge of SAP - especially AP and AR moduleProficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) mandatoryKnowledge in BI Solutions (e. g. MS Power BI) will be an assetFluent in Business EnglishGood to have German language proficiency
