Business Analyst (CPA designation and accounting background Required) Plan and coordinate projects related to organizational strategy, process improvement, or change initiatives.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Elicitation: Gather and document business requirements through formal and informal methods, including interviews, workshops, and documentation review.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of communication, bridging the gap between technical teams, end users, and leadership across different organizational levels.Alignment & Integration: Ensure process alignment across various business units and supporting teams.Specification Development: Translate broad organizational goals and high-level objectives into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.Quality Assurance Support: Assist Quality Assurance (QA) in developing test plans and executing testing; evaluate and communicate the impact of changes across the organization.✅ Necessary Skills & QualificationsFinancial/Accounting Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience with financial structures, specifically related to the design and management of foundational accounting frameworks (e.g., Chart of Accounts).Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of tailoring messages to technical and non-technical audiences.Data Analysis Proficiency: Advanced practical skills in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel), including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.Data Conceptual Understanding: Fundamental knowledge of relational data concepts (e.g., tables, fields, keys, joins, and lookup mechanisms).Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the specified country.
