Financial Business PartnerKey Responsibilities• Financial Management and Compliance Comprehensively oversee financial management, accounting, and financial reporting for the Singapore entity, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and ACRA requirements. Coordinate communications with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.• Budget Management & Analysis In line with group guidelines, advocate and assist business units in preparing budgets for the Singapore entity; support budget control and adjustments to enhance business units' budget management capabilities; develop deep business insights to offer actionable recommendations based on performance execution; analyze financial matters and provide timely, insightful financial and operational analyses to the management team.• Business Support Immerse in business operations to optimize processes and enable efficient departmental workflows; promptly address project demands from business units through full-cycle involvement (pre-, during, and post-project) to support business initiatives; foster effective communication between business and finance teams to reach consensus.• Process Management Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to clarify business data and optimize processes; partner with business and functional teams to streamline data logic, refine business and internal control processes, and progressively advance financial automation.• Tax & Financial Compliance Mitigate financial and tax risks through contract reviews and payment approvals; offer tax and financial advice to departments; coordinate finance- and tax-related matters for business units.• Financial Training Disseminate company financial policies and processes; organize finance-related training sessions; provide professional financial support and guidance to business units.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance Management, Accounting, or related fields; proficient in English as a working language; holders of CPA, CA Singapore, or ACCA qualifications preferred.• At least 1 year of finance experience; prior experience in multinational or regional finance management preferred.• Proficient in Microsoft Office for basic data analysis and report preparation; excellent analytical, summarization, and presentation skills; experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis preferred.• Highly independent and proactive, with an optimistic, positive personality and strong communication skills; adaptable to change and willing to travel.• Strong logical thinking, problem identification, analysis, and resolution abilities; possesses a holistic perspective and robust financial management awareness.
